Solomon Lew appeals from the district courts entry of dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. Â§ 1332. Lew contends that defendant Stanton Moss was domiciled in California at the time this diversity action was commenced and that the district court therefore erred in dismissing the case. We agree and reverse.
