PER CURIAM: Defendant appeals from his conviction by a jury of two counts of theft by deception in violation of U.C.A., 1953, § 76-6-405 (1978 ed.). He assigns as error the trial courts submission of the case to the jury and its failure to instruct the jury on his defense. We affirm.
